Use this form to set up a pickup of items to recycle. If data recovery services required, Cedar Ventures will coordinate further details and assess fee for services preceding pick-up. 

For large batch or long-distance pickups, Cedar Ventures will assess a pick-up fee agreed upon between client and Cedar Ventures preceding pick-up.
